Tropical Depression Nana fades, others could develop

Tropical Depression Nana has dissipated but there are two other systems lurking that have the potential for further development.
At 5 a.m. the center of Tropical Depression Nana was located about 1,285 miles west of the Cape Verde Islands and about 1,300 miles east of the Northern Leeward Islands.
The depression is moving toward the west-northwest near 14 mph and this general motion is expected to continue for the next couple of days with some increase in forward speed.

At 4 p.m., the center of Tropical Depression Nana was located near latitude 17.5 north, longitude 40.6 west, or about 1105 miles west of the Cape Verde Islands.
The depression is moving toward the west-northwest near 9 mph, and this general motion is expected to continue for the next day or so.

At 10 a.m., the center of Tropical Depression Nana was located near latitude 16.8 north, longitude 39.8 west or about 1050 miles west of the cape verde islands.
Maximum sustained winds have decreased to near 35 mph with higher gusts. Nana is expected to gradually weaken and is forecast to become a remnant low tonight or Tuesday.

At 10 p.m., the center of Tropical Storm Nana was located near latitude 16.6 north, longitude 38.8 west or about 980 miles west of the Cape Verde Islands.
Nana is moving toward the west-northwest near 8 mph, and this motion is expected to continue for the next day or two.
Maximum sustained winds are near 40 mph with higher gusts. Nana is expected to weaken to a tropical depression on monday.
Tropical storm force winds extend outward up to 85 miles to the northeast and southeast of the center.

At 4 p.m., the center of Tropical Storm Nana was located near latitude 16.4 north, longitude 37.9 west or about 925 miles west of the Cape Verde Islands.
Nana is moving toward the west-northwest near 7 mph, and this motion is expected to continue over the next couple of days.
Maximum sustained winds are near 40 mph with higher gusts. Weakening is expected during the next day or so, and Nana is forecast to become a tropical depression tonight or Monday.
Tropical storm force winds extend outward up to 85 miles from the center.
